Public Offer for the Paid Plan

This is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Grigoriy Vladimirovich Yatsunov (tax id 362083037805 (OGRNIP 326366800037471), the “Provider”) to provide access to the paid plans of RedRock Analytics (https://analytics.redrockstudio.ru) to anyone who accepts it (the “Customer”).

1. Subject

The Provider gives the Customer access to the features of the chosen paid plan for the paid period; the Customer pays for it. Prices and limits are shown on the Pricing page (at the time of writing Pro costs RUB 990 per month or RUB 9,900 per year).

2. Acceptance and payment

Payment through YooKassa is acceptance of this offer. 100% prepayment by card, SBP or other YooKassa methods; card data is processed by YooKassa only. The paid period starts at payment or at the end of the current paid period of the same plan. There is no automatic renewal: afterwards the studio returns to the free plan. A receipt is e-mailed under Russian law 54-FZ.

3. Refunds

You may cancel and get a refund for unused full months by writing to info@redrockstudio.ru; refunds are made within 10 business days to the original payment method. If the Service is unavailable through our fault for more than 72 hours in a row, the paid period is extended accordingly.

4. Liability and details
